Purchase a Home With Us
In the information gathering stage, we will work with you to determine what your priorities are in purchasing a home, for example, number of bedrooms. Based on this data, we can then show you houses that conform to those criteria, and are in the price range that you desire. we will then work with you when making an offer, based on a CMA for the house of interest. We will also guide you through the negotiation process, and offer advice from contract to closing, including:
· mortgage process assistance
· scheduling of inspections
· recommend title companies
· obtain insurance quotes
· review of HUD statement prior to closing
· attend closing with you
Our reputation in the industry allows us to work closely with other agents to complete the transaction.
After graduating from Catholic University in Washington, D.C., Bob began a successful career at AT&T, obtaining a Master’s from Columbia University and holding assignments in research, engineering and marketing. He retired in 1998 after spending his last 10 years as one of the company’s lead lobbyists in Washington and then owned and operated a marine business in his hometown of Point Pleasant, NJ.
In 2011, Bob earned the designation of GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, requiring over 100 hours of class time , and multiple written examinations. It is one of the most prestigious designations in the realtor community. In 2015, Bob earned the Performance Management Network designation. What this means to you is that no matter where you are buying or selling a home, we have the expertise and network to help you!
Bob is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Realtor Association of Martin County and 2015 Women’s Council of Realtors President. He and Maryellen volunteer for the Treasure Coast Humane Society, Mollly’s House and many other local charities. In 2009, Bob was given the prestigious “Community Service Award” by the Martin County Board of Realtors, for his volunteer activities. He was named “Humanitarian of the Year” by the Martin County chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2010.

She went on to earn her Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University. After moving to Stuart, Florida in 2001 and taking a well-deserved sabbatical during which she did volunteer and part time work, she returned to the work force full time in 2005, becoming the Director of Human Resources and Marketing at a Fox, Wackeen, Dungey Law firm in Stuart, FL. Maryellen believes in becoming an expert in all that she does and is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. In January of 2015, Maryellen earned the designation of GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, requiring over 100 hours of class time , and multiple written examinations. It is one of the most prestigious designations in the realtor community. In August she became an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.
